  • Repositioning costs can be expensive.
  • It incurs high demurrage costs
  • Cleaning and maintenance costs are high.
  • Repairs to damages in an Isotank are chargeable to the customer.
  • It cannot be used for the transportation of hazardous liquid product
  • It needs to be tested for compatibility with the liquid product being shipped.
