IBC’s (INTERMEDIATE BULK LIQUID)

An IBC is a durable box made of galvanized steel is used mainly for bulk transports. It’s a sturdy container that can take heavy loads and withstanding rugged handling, especially when used for multi-modal transports.

IBC’s have collapsible side walls, one of which is removable. This makes operating the container easier. Moreover, the IBC is a space-efficient packaging solution – it is stackable when filled, and nestable when empty. You maximize container space, thereby lowering the need to extra containers and cutting back on packaging materials and unnecessary wastage.

More than just being easy to use, it’s also easy on the environment. The IBC is returnable and reusable, making it an eco-friendly form of packaging.

Thanks to its quality make, IBC’s eliminate the risks of contamination which is a common incident in non-IBC packaging such as wooden pallets and crates. This makes the IBC perfect for storage of various liquids, solids, and powder bulk cargo. Furthermore, since IBC’s are wood-free, this container no longer requires fumigation before reuse.
